About this role

Ballantynes are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Assistant to join our Finance team. As the Accounts Payable Assistant your duties will include :

Processing supplier invoices, credits, and payments

Supplier account reconciliations and resolving outstanding queries

Maintaining supplier records and documents

Responding to internal and external queries

Other administrative duties as required

Key skills required for this role include

Previous Office / Accounts Payable Experience

Strong IT Skills with experience using financial systems

High level attention to detail and accuracy

High level of communication skills, both written and verbal

Skills to identify problems before they become urgent

This is a permanent Full Time opportunity working Monday to Friday 8.30am 5pm.
