    Ballantynes are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Assistant to join our Finance team. As the Accounts Payable Assistant your duties will include :

  • Processing supplier invoices, credits, and payments
  • Supplier account reconciliations and resolving outstanding queries
  • Maintaining supplier records and documents
  • Responding to internal and external queries
  • Other administrative duties as required
  • Key skills required for this role include

  • Previous Office / Accounts Payable Experience
  • Strong IT Skills with experience using financial systems
  • High level attention to detail and accuracy
  • High level of communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Skills to identify problems before they become urgent
  • This is a permanent Full Time opportunity working Monday to Friday 8.30am 5pm.
