Working closely with the centre management team, the Nurse Team Lead is responsible for leading and developing the nurse team to develop a culture of excellence and teamwork to deliver outstanding patient care.

To be successful in this role you will need to have :

recent experience in primary care including urgent care

sound clinical knowledge, assessment and care planning and management competencies

an interest in quality improvement systems and processes

experience and interest in coaching, teaching, and leading nurses

a sound work ethic
