About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Consultant at IAG, you'll be responsible for providing expert advice to enable seamless, consistent and excellent customer experiences for internal and external customers.

You will have the opportunity to bring your knowledge to the team and help us grow collectively through sharing diversity of thought and your own personal experiences.

The function is set up end to end to enable you to build great partnerships with stakeholders whilst learning about their key business drivers and ways of working.

We have several fixed term opportunities available to drive exceptional recruitment practices across our Corporate Services and Technology Portfolio's.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive effective and efficient best practice recruitment services through effective partnership and consultation.
  • Deliver on the employment brand through key talent attraction strategies, optimising employee / candidate experience and engagement for IAG.
  • End to end recruitment across portfolio 25 - 30 roles concurrently (mix of internal and external vacancies)
  • Provide employment market expertise, sharing insights and providing recommendations.
  • Deliver on talent engagement plan for respective business division, translating and sharing stakeholders' business and strategy to candidates.
  • Map, plan, and deliver on defined initiatives to optimise recruitment practices and the IAG employment brand.

    Skills & Experience

    You'll be championing our recruitment brand so we're looking for an experienced recruiter who keeps a smile on their face and enjoys sharing a few laughs with the team.

  • Previous internal / agency recruitment experience.
  • A keen interest in diversity and experience with sourcing talent creatively.
  • Results driven with strong attention to detail
  • Superior communication skills and previous experience working with senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
