This role will look to solve problems and improve processes using data analysis, process improvement methodologies and great negotiation skills.
Initiate and deliver end to end improvement programs, including sourcing Proof-Of-Concept opportunities particularly automation of standard repetitive processesCollaboration with SME’s and functional leaders to determine requirements and deliver robotic process automation / machine learning and AI solutions to standard repetitive processesEnsure Problem statement, Root Cause and Improvement benefit are clearly understood, articulated, and agreed for each improvement opportunity.
Conduct reviews of initiative successes and lessons learned through facilitation / participation in Post Implementation Reviews / RetrospectivesLet’s talk about you!You are an advocate for automation, improvement & change.
Technically minded with an understanding of the analyse, develop, test and deploy cycle. Y ou have killer analytical and decision-making skills with the ability to analyse large amounts of information and clearly articulate issues, root cause and solutions, taking a data and fact-based approach to determine the solution.
Demonstrable experience in management and delivery of Proof-of-Concepts / RPA / AI implementationAbility to think outside the square and apply practical learning in order to rectify issues or anticipated problemsIndustry experience in banking and finance transformation and process improvementApplication of Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC approachesPrioritisation and time management skills ability to prioritise self and others to achieve maximum impactSound like you?
