WHO WE ARE : We are a four year old company baking the best seeded gluten free bread in Aotearoa. We’re all about amazing wholesome food, creating a welcoming atmosphere to enjoy it in, and doing things sustainably.
Our cafe is a small operation with a maximum of 20 seats. We serve a plant based menu centered around our gluten free bread.
We also serve specialty coffee, kombucha, juices and herbal medicinal teas.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR : We are looking for someone who is experienced and knows the ropes of customer service and hospitality as you will be in charge of the cafe operations on the weekends.
This includes a small monthly stocktake, weekly ordering (milk, drinks), and writing up notes on how the weekend went. We are after someone who is warm and welcoming, responsible and trustworthy.
A passion for wholefoods is a plus as our menu is Vegan and gluten free.As our barista, you will need at least 1 years coffee making experience .
In between making coffees you'll be helping manage front of house as well.In addition to your hourly wage we offer delicious staff meals and coffee, a wonderful team to work with, and some of the friendliest customers in town.
You'll be working Saturdays & Sundays, 8 : 00am - 3 : 30pm, a total of 15 hours a week.The start date is early February for induction and training.
