Working collaboratively with our UX strategists, Product Owners and cross-functional squads to take or generate ideas and insights and define the real problems, goals and opportunities to solve for.
Mapping user flows, sketching and producing prototypes (low- and hi-fidelity), as well as testing with customers.Utilising your expert understanding of the formal elements of design (layout, typography, colour, motion) to create design patterns and UI designs that are accessible and fit for the problem space you need to solve, while maintaining cohesiveness across our digital touchpoints.
Contributing to our overall goal of achieving a single, seamless service across all of our touchpoints, you will need to be : Experienced in designing for multiple platforms and touchpoints, particularly mobile first responsive webHighly proficient with design and prototyping toolsConfident in articulating your design rationale to cross-functional teams and stakeholdersPragmatic in identifying how a design can be delivered incrementally (or adjusted) to release value and learn quickly.
