Our client is a relatively recently established civil land development consultancy, founded by a group of experienced directors on an ethos of openness, innovation and speed-
to-market. They have built a culture heavily invested in mentoring, cross-training and recognition for a job well done. They are a young company, which has seen significant growth over the past few years, currently operating out of 3 offices in New Zealand and well positioned for future expansion.
Their offering to the market is as a one-stop-shop to property developers and typically work on land development projects ranging from residential sub-
divisions through to complex, large-scale developments.
Further to the growth of the business, opportunities are available for engineers at the graduate (1-2 years post-graduate experience) and intermediate (3+ years of experience) level.
You will ideally hold a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from a recognised university and have gained experience in a relevant field, with prior land development experience at the more experienced levels.
You will be seeking an environment which is open and fast-paced, where talented people can advance quickly. You will gain exposure to all aspects of a project and would suit someone who is feeling siloed in a larger consultancy.
Your ambition, personality and aptitude for building first-rate working relationships with clients and colleagues will be key to your long-term success.
