As a Senior Pricing and Portfolio Performance Manager you will lead the design, development, and implementation of fee pricing in alignment with strategic priorities across consumer and business customer segments.

The role will require leading conversations with senior leaders and pricing committee as they relate to Everyday Banking's fee pricing and strategy while delivering insights to build the financial performance of the portfolio.

Key responsibilities include :

  • Identify and combine disparate data sources to generate competitive insights.
  • Develop approaches and provide forecast estimates of the impact of price changes, portfolio shifts, risk events.
  • Develop approaches and model impacts on the portfolio from pricing or proposition changes or other scenarios.
  • Thought leader to respond to internal and external forces to maximise performance.
  • Develop and implement a robust governance framework for the development, implementation and charging of Everyday Banking fees.

    To be successful in this role you will ideally have 5+ years proven experience in a finance, strategy, pricing, or analytics role with a background in using dashboarding tools such as Tableau, Power BI etc.

    Additionally, you will have :

  • SQL experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience in financial and / or strategic analysis, structuring investigations and communicating clear insights
  • Experience in solving commercial challenges through data and insights
