About this Role : In this role you’ll work closely with CX teams to build a deep understanding of the project and change landscape, driving improvement opportunities and setting up a feedback loop on these opportunities.

People will be at the heart of everything you do, you will work with key stakeholders to understand the needs of CX, how any changes will impact them and advocate what is needed for our people to ensure that projects and initiatives are a success.

As the CX Project Delivery & Engagement lead, you will be working across projects and initiatives within the CX team, championing the delivery requirements and putting in place the right tools, processes and people to help drive and enable positive change journeys.

What you’ll do -

  • Lead and execute the delivery of CX initiatives from discovery through to delivery and reinforcement
  • Work with key stakeholders to understand the change for our people, assessing impacts and determining a plan to prepare our teams and ensure change lands effectively within CX.
  • Understand the holistic change landscape for CX, assessing readiness for change and highlighting any risks with wider project timelines.
  • Applying best practice Project & Change Management approaches and frameworks to everything you do.
  • Drive the channels and methods for connecting with our team, improving our current approaches and developing new opportunities that aligns to our strategy and brings the change narrative to life.
  • Streamline and optimise daily communication needs for the global CX team, ensuring teams are easily informed of change and updates, and in turn equipped to deliver beautiful experiences to our customers.
  • Be practical, flexible and agile in your approach, understanding that one size doesn’t always fit all.

  • Passion for project delivery, content creation and change management.
  • Self starter with excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
  • Champion for the customer and business to solve real problems.
  • Demonstrates analytical and strategic problem solving ability.
  • Experience across a variety of change projects.
  • Ability to prioritise complex projects and priorities in a collaborative environment
  • Familiarity with the ADKAR Methodology.
