Job Description

At Contact, customers are at the heart of our business. As a Coordinator - Office Support and Reception, you are often the first point of contact for our customers (visitors, contractors, or our employees) whether it’s in person, on the phone or via email.

You go above and beyond with everyone you interact with and strive to provide the ultimate customer service experience.

This role is the perfect mix of office and Reception support. Day to day you’ll provide administration support the Generation and Trading (G&T) team in Wellington and the wider Sustainability team based across our operational sites.

You’ll assist with things like monthly reporting, travel and accommodation bookings, project administration, and expense / invoice management.

You will also play an active role within Health and Safety by maintaining supplies and managing information in Cintellate, our Health & Safety management system.

As for providing Reception Support, you’ll typically spend one or two days per week (plus any holiday leave cover) on our Wellington Reception.

You will support our main Receptionist with customer queries and interactions, facility related initiatives and monitor site security compliance.

Plus, you’ll organise logistics such as meetings and rooms, and occasionally functions.

  • Our ideal candidate will have the following;
  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience in a customer services or office support role, preferably in a medium to large organisation
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Shows initiative and has an eye for detail
  • Solid Microsoft Office Suite skills
  • SAP software knowledge would be an advantage
