The Opportunity
We are looking for a motivated, highly organised and passionate Case Manager to join our busy team in our Taranaki / Manawatu office.
This role is within the WorkAon division which is a leading NZ provider of injury services management.
As a Case Manager you will provide needs-based services to people with complex injuries or wellness issues to achieve the best possible outcome and durable independence for that individual.
This includes providing direction to achieve these outcomes and enable the individual to take responsibility for their life and future, through informed and participative decision making and goal setting.

About You
Ideally you will have a work history related to ACC claims or injury rehabilitation. However, we are open to candidates who have strong transferrable skills within a similar industry.
A strong attention to detail is essential in this role as there is a large administration component.
You will enjoy developing positive relationships with a broad range of stakeholders including workers, employers, and service providers.
You will be highly motivated and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially in relation to negotiation and conflict resolution and have a proactive approach and ability to work autonomously.
