We have a 12 month fixed term opportunity (open to secondment as well) for an Organisational Planning and Performance Advisor at the Parliamentary Service.
Te tĪma The team :
Working closely with the Deputy Chief Executive responsible for business planning, this role is part of Te Pātaka Rangahau, te Whakapāpātanga (our Parliamentary Library and Engagement Group) but will work across both the Parliamentary Service and the Office of the Clerk.
Te Pātaka Rangahau, te Whakapāpātanga provides support to Parliament through the provision of trusted library, information and research services, and services related to internal and external communications, education, inter-parliamentary relations and Māori protocols.
Mō te tūnga About the role :
You will help to implement good planning, governance and accountability practices for both the Parliamentary Service and Office of the Clerk.
You will be a part of creating and instilling business planning processes, performance measures framework and producing accountability and strategic documents.
Your strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence will help you to advise and assist in the development of long-term strategy and related accountabilities that are put in place.
