RequirementsThis is a critical new role to enable delivery of one of Serko’s key strategic growth pillars. We're looking for someone to collaborate, persuade, cajole and influence across Serko, to represent and prioritise the needs of SME customers on the Booking.

com for Business platform. You'll be working within a matrix product delivery organisation so an ability to build rapport and communicate clearly and concisely is a must.

What you'll be doingDriving delivery of the Booking.com for Business product roadmap - timing and scopeDriving internal engagement with key stakeholders to achieve desired business outcomesChampioning a customer first approach to user experienceSetting up and interpreting traffic analytics, digital analytics and reportingBuilding business cases and informing product delivery prioritiesWhat you'll bring to the team3+ years’ experience in a similar product focused roleExperience in setting up and interpreting traffic analytics dataExperience optimizing conversion on a B2C ecommerce platformExperience with digital product deliveryUnderstanding of digital marketing channelsAbility to work in an agile manner and adapt to organisation changeComfort working with ambiguity and thinking outside the box’Strong confident verbal and written communication skillsBenefitsSerko's people are rewarded for their efforts with a great salary, competitive benefits, flexible remote working, and awesome offices with games, exceptional coffee, fresh fruit and snacks, and a great social atmosphere.
