Service Administrators - Wellington ASI00000461 ENGIE Services New Zealand Limited

Based in our Petone branch, this role provides administrative, purchasing, scheduling, invoicing and reporting duties to the mechanical services division.

As a Service Administrator you will be an integral member of the mechanical services team, delivering outstanding customer service to our customers and employees.

Your ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure is essential. You'll have a high degree of self-motivation including the ability to work unsupervised while managing your time and outputs.

Some of the responsibilities will include :

  • Responding to inbound and outbound calls and emails
  • Provide the business unit with administrative and clerical support
  • Schedule and coordinate technical service personnel in response to requirements
  • Maintain customer portals where required
  • Invoicing
  • Purchase orders
  • The successful candidate will have :

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a services environment
  • Pronto Xi experience, preferred but not essential
  • Highly developed communication and customer service skills
  • Computer competencies including Microsoft Office skills, data entry and typing
