About this opportunity

In this role you will ensure that our customers have received an onboarding experience that aligns to legislation, internal process and our brand guidelines through undertaking quality assurance, complaints investigation and reporting for the Sales and Marketing function.

If you are passionate about customers with an attention for detail that will ensure our teams and intermediaries are ticking the right boxes when bringing new business to Southern Cross, this will be the perfect role for you.

The Quality Assurance Specialist is a key role within our Sales team working with a range of stakeholders across the business to deliver quality outcomes for our people, and customers.

About you :

  • Worked in a customer services or sales-based environment
  • Experience of Adviser / intermediary business preferred
  • Practical experience of undertaking quality assurance
  • Actively been involved in complaints resolution
  • Data analysis and reporting experience preferred
  • Previous call coaching and auditing experience preferred
  • Demonstrates a mindset of agility and a flexible and adaptive working approach
