What we are looking for : The Payroll Compliance and Project Manager is part of the New Zealand-based Finance Team which undertakes the Finance function for all of Xero’s worldwide operations.
The Pay Team, within the wider Finance Team, is a global shared service. The purpose of the role is to establish and manage compliance monitoring, manage and lead projects, and identify and implement well-researched improvement processes.
You’ll have strong in-depth knowledge across all payroll functions and New Zealand legislative requirements, leveraging your payroll project / system implementation experience.
As part of this you will be responsible for ensuring that recommendations are well researched and presented, enabling effective decision making, and ensuring that impacts, measurable benefits and results are identified.
