Administration Support HighbrookMon Fri, 8am-4.35pmHighbrook location, free parking!Build experience with a well-known companyThe role : In the role of Administration Support you will provide administrative support to our Auckland Mail Services Centre, which will include Area Managers within Auckland.

You will be based at our Highbrook branch, where we have free parking! This is a full-time role Mon Fri 8am-4.35pm.Day-to-day you will : Provide administrative support to the Auckland region,Meet and greet visitors coming into the office,Assist with contractor management,Work with and support Auckland Area Managers.

What we are looking for : Availability to work Mon Fri 8am-4.35pm.Strong verbal and written communication skills,A people person with the confidence to communicate with stakeholders at all levels,Experience within a similar fast paced administrative role, ideally supporting senior managers.
