    What would I be doing?

    You’ll work closely with a variety of people (mostly internal customers but some external suppliers) including BAs, PMs and other Technical Leads to see IS projects implemented from a technical capacity.

    Some of your responsibilities will include configuring applications to meet business needs, leading technical procedures for upgrades and implementations, providing technical leadership to product selection and give technical advice and support across the organisation to support business operations.

    You’ll utilise your coding and scripting skills from time-to-time and with a variety of applications.

    What do I need?

  • At least 5 years of experience implementing and supporting business software solutions.
  • A strong background in ICT - ideally in Applications, Systems and Software Development with solid skills in C#, T-SQL, SSRS and Javascript, but you will be happy going into a role that is not purely development.
  • Knowledge of CRM and Finance systems and experience using Integration Frameworks.
  • Previous experience in designing and implementing robust business systems which may include integration components from user requirements.
  • Internet security knowledge including authentication and authorisation processes.
  • Experience in fault finding / debugging within complex systems to track down and fix processes / integration errors.
  • Experience creating concise documentation to describe systems design and implementation.
  • Strong communication skills across several levels within an organisation from end users to senior managers.
