    We are supported by more than 130 Franchisees and Master Franchisees across NZ. Our strategic development has meant significant recent growth, so we are seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager to continue to drive growth and manage an expanding team.

    The Role

    Reporting to the CEO, this Penrose-based role is a pivotal leadership role forming part of the Senior Management team and requireing whole-

    of-business thinking. This role is responsible for leading, managing and maintaining three distinct job functions : Sales, Marketing and Customer Services, including outbound Telesales.

    In order to be successful in this position you will require a strong Marketing backgound, but with also B2B Sales and people management experience.

    The key functions of the role include :

  • Manage and develop the Sales, Marketing and Customer Services resources, motivating and inspiring them and setting the precedent for high achievement and excellence through leading by example to ensure they meet or exceed KPIs.
  • Assist and coach all Regional Franchisees and Managers to provide support for their sales processes, enabling them to develop their skills and grow market share.
  • Undertake Business Development activities by researching, developing and managing large National or multi-regional tenders or contracts.
  • To join our team, you must have :

  • Proven experience in a brand management and brand strategy development
  • Good experience with creative development and social and other media management
  • Strong commercial acumen & analytical mindset with a proven track record of leading and driving a brand.
  • Proven stakeholder management, relationship development, presentation and influencing skills
  • B2B Sales experience
  • CRM savvy and be able to effectively use business reporting systems.
  • An ability to build trust, cohesiveness and teamwork across organisational boundaries.
  • An energetic and self-starter approach with a strong desire to succeed
  • Degree qualified in either Business or Marketing is highly desirable

    The role is responsible for working at a national level so travelling will be required
