We have an exciting permanent role available within our Marketing team overseeing Homewares. Reporting to the Brand Marketing Manager, your key responsibility will be to support the successful delivery of all aspects of the marketing plan across the Farmers business.
You will have a proven track record of developing and executing product category plans, promotions and communications plans.
The main focus for this role is to :
Manage and produce the Category Marketing business plan
Demonstrate sound strategic thinking which will ensure continued success of the plan.
Demonstrate strong understanding and experience with data and insights
Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, across different categories
Stakeholder management - both internally and externally
To be successful in this role you will ideally have :
5 years experience at Brand Manager level and a strong understanding of the New Zealand retail market.
Good attention to detail and is ideas-driven
A strong ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
Ability to manage complex projects
Previous leadership experience
Budget management skills
Campaign management experience as the role spans all channels from Direct Mail, Digital to Out of Home
