Based in Auckland, you will be responsible for identifying and building strong business relationships with existing and new customers, identifying opportunities to add value through new products, solutions and services and working to build capability across the business by supporting, developing and mentoring the Technology / Payments SME and Systems Engineer resources.
To be successful in this role you will need the following technical experience : Working with transactional / payment based customer systemsStrong understanding of Microsoft Windows operating system environmentsDemonstratable experience configuring / managing WAN solutions and commercial networksDemonstratable experience with IT development utilizing automation tools (API’s / Integration / Scripting / OS Images)Cloud computing / infrastructure experienceSalesforce experienceThe following leadership experience is essential : 5+ years of people leadership / management experience (specifically in the IT industry)Proven customer service / internal and external relationship management experienceDemonstratable experience in managing remote staff / teamsIn return for your skills and experience, we offer stable employment in a successful NZ owned and operated business.
