About this role

The Ministry is running a transformation programme to implement our Digital Strategy. The Change and Comms Professional will play a key role in ensuring the Digital Transformation change initiatives meet budget and benefit objectives by driving staff adoption and usage.

This Senior Change and Communications Professional will focus on the people side of change, including planning, managing and communicating changes to business processes, systems and technology, as well as working with People and Capability to manage how we operationalise any changes.

The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management and comms strategies and plans that maximise staff adoption and usage and minimise resistance.

You will work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilisation of and proficiency with the changes that impact staff.

These improvements will increase benefit realisation and the achievement of results and outcomes.
