You will deliver impeccable HR administration, providing excellent service to our internal customers by managing low to mid-level queries and HR project support when required.
Some of the key parts of the role are as follows :
Managing paperwork and documentation, including updating processes and templates to ensure we are taking the opportunity to as we go
Provide first-level support to managers and employees on day to day queries.
Prepare documentation for new employees, contractors, and existing employee job changes
Provide general support letters and documents to employees for immigration applications
Ensure employee records and information are updated as requested including, employee databases and electronic filing
Coordinate the exit process for employees, including communication and exit interviews
Coordinate and help plan HR lead events
Support the annual business-wide Wellbeing program including activities and challenges
Qualifications
You will be a true team player who is just as passionate as we are about creating an inclusive and thriving culture. You will also have :
Recent graduate or up to 2 years' previous experience in a similar Human Resources role
Excellent team and relationship building skills
Solid organisation and prioritisation abilities
Ability to build trusted relationships across the business
Confidence in approach and abilities, and a proven aptitude for prioritising
Systems orientated with great MS Office and general computer skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Curiosity and drive to do things better
