Based in Ellerslie, this organisation looks after multiple international brands within the food and services sector.

They are looking for someone to join their legal team who can support with looking after the franchise side of things, covering whilst they recruit the role permanently and working standard business hours.

Role

As a legal administrator, you will be assisting with :

  • Typing and review of contracts for sale / purchases of franchises
  • Helping the potential franchisee navigate the process, assisting with business planning
  • Creating and reviewing legal and contract documentation
  • Support the team and franchise owners with administration and queries
  • Managing and coordinating the end to end sale / purchase process
  • About you

  • Previous legal or contracts experience
  • Understand of legal processes and have legal nous
  • Any experience with franchise sale / purchases would be a bonus
  • Great attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Able to start immediately
