In this role you will support the coordination of key technology projects, specifically those related to the rollout of an exciting new app for our residents.
Key responsibilities include :
Being the point of contact for our residents, you will identify who wants to use the app, help them with onboarding and training and engage with them to understand their concerns and provide continuous support
Entering data, including keeping a record of residents' feedback to identify trends.
Creating training material for the team, teaching them how to use the app and supporting staff who will be using it to upload information.
