We have an exciting new opportunity to work within our development group. The purpose of this group is to work together to futureproof and build a prosperous city.

With approximately 400 buildings across the city, the Facilities Unit delivers facilities management services to the organisation to ensure ensure our buildings are the best they can be.

This role is the face of our Unit providing exceptional service to our internal customers, contractors, and stakeholders.

Reporting to the Business Team Leader you will be tasked with coordinating our reception area. As our Service Administrator you will be responsible for providing print, mail and customer services to the organisation and external customers, as well as providing administration and support services to the unit.

To excel in this role, you will have a strong work ethic, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional customer service will be second nature to you, and you will be able to work well in a team environment as well as independently.

Your previous experience in an administrative or service delivery position and your ability to think on your feet will assist you in confidently meeting deadlines and your ability to prioritise will be important to carry out your daily tasks.
