Auckland City, AucklandFull-time, PermanentSales & Call Centre Manager - Residential Pest ControlThis exciting new Albany based role requires an experienced call centre manager who has a unique combination of skills.

We require an individual with strong team leadership skills, a true drive for sales and a strategic mind to ensure the delivery of profitable revenue growth and a "wow" experience to our customers.

This includes recruiting, training, managing and monitoring each individual to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver customer service excellence and sales growth.

  • This role is also responsible for the development and execution of strategic initiatives to exceed revenue targets.Reporting to the Head of Sales Capability and Marketing NZ / Fiji, your key responsibilities will be : Call Centre management : including management of high volume of telephone calls and building business relationships with customers by providing prompt and accurate service;
  • recording statistics and analysing and forecasting dataCall Centre quality : collecting and monitoring of call centre and customer call data, identifying solutions and driving improvementsMarketing & Sales Management : working with key stakeholders to develop and supporting the business's strategic marketing plan and implementing relevant marketing & sales initiativesTeam Leadership : proactively supporting the day-to-day deliverables and targets of the customer services, sales and operations teams, and leading the performance of the Call Centre team through review, coaching and motivating the team membersGeneral Business Management : supporting the development of and leading a first class sales & customer services team across the residential and consumables business, including planning effectively daily, weekly and long term to achieve targetsSelection Criteria3+ years' experience in customer services, sales and leadership, preferably within the service industry (and ideally in the Pest and / or Hygiene industry)3+ years' experience in training and coaching and motivating team members in sales, retention and telephony usage skillsYou'll be a strong personality with the ability to lead and inspire stakeholders of all levelsYou will be a strong communicator, very well organised and not afraid to get your hands dirtyYou will have a high level of skill with the Microsoft suiteExperience in working closely and effectively with internal teams including but not limited to sales, operations and financeRentokil Initial is one of the world's largest and most diverse support services companies.
