About the Role
At Repco we want to ensure that each customer has a great experience in store - As a Retail Assistant & Coordinator your key focus is to ensure this, from helping out the customer find the right product, processing the sale at the till, through to ensuring the shelves are adequately stocked and the store maintains it's high standard of presentation.
What makes this role unique within the store is that you will also assist with product placement, promotions and merchandising, working closing with the Regional Retail Manager to ensure the store is looking great for our customers.
Skills & Experience
We need someone who has a whole lot of retail experience and it goes without saying that you've got to enjoy working with people.
Not only will you contribute on the shop floor with your strong customer services skills and helping out our customers, but also demonstrate a creative flare for store presentation. We are looking for :
