Job Description

Urgent requirement of HR Associate Manager - Perm / Contract - New Zealand

Requirements

Should have e xperience in Human Resource functions, including people engagement, health and safety practices, performance management and related documentation.

Should have a hands on approach with outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to develop relationships across all levels of the business.

Should have s ound decision making skills, a dynamic approach to new challenges and a passion for building processes. Have experience creating innovative solutions.

Should have a high level of emotional intelligence, initiative and the drive to thrive in an environment where no two days are the same.

Should have e xcellent understanding of NZ employment laws, health and occupational safety requirements and stakeholder management.

Should have e xperience in interaction with Unions and working with them on issues and drawing out solutions

Should have h igh level / advanced Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills, detail orientated, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and produce high volumes of work.

Should have a bility to coach first level leadership and stakeholders through critical people management issues and provide guidance through disciplinary investigations and day to day people management

Should have e xperience in managing payroll as per NZ standards

Very Good Communication Skills

Duration : Permanent / 6

Months and possible extension

Eligibility : Australian / NZ Citizens / PR Holders only
