Reporting to the Manager Analytics, this role supports the business with in-depth analysis, insights generation and data reporting.
You will need to provide critical insights into ongoing performance and other key performance metrics.
You will have to mine the data, integrate and analyse it in order to present clearly understood, accurate and fully automated reporting.
Your analysis will help stakeholders draw conclusions from data and you will need to present the analysis in a way that is easy to understand for non-analytical stakeholders.
Critical thinking and problem solving are essential for this role in order to prepare insights for our client presentations focusing on performance and data insights into customer profiles.
You will be required to communicate these insights and reports effectively to the stakeholders in both oral and written forms.
You are expected to be highly analytical, resourceful, and thorough. This role will suit someone with high attention to detail, an experienced data analyst with exposure to large scale data reporting and analysis.
SAS coding skills are essential. SQL, Report Builder and Analysis Services experience is desirable, but not essential. You will possess commercial acumen and an understanding of how to translate business requirements into technical reporting structures.
An ability to work under pressure, exhibit strong critical thinking skills along with excellent organisational and project management skills will be highly regarded.
