minded, ambitious individuals that they can develop and help drive the business forward. Your new role This role will primarily involve facilitation of legal survey of approx.
50km of land boundaries, assisting with the development of legal protections for areas of surplus land and the development and implementation of close out tests in relation to approx.
90 parcels of land affected by the project works. Some of the duties include : Assist the Landscape Area Manager with strategic planning, programme review and cost forecasting in relation to the land hand back process.
Facilitate legal survey (including legal protections) for approx. 50km of boundary and approx. 90 parcels of land. Work with the Client to determine and implement the pathway forwards in relation to each parcel of Surplus land to meet contractual timeframes.
Work with the wider Construction and Design teams to identify and resolve any constraints to facilitate the timely execution of the Land hand back strategy.
What you'll need to succeed Experience in a land management, land development, surveying, planning or similar engineering role.
Advance level in MS Office especially Excel Excellent in forward planning and identification of commercial risks in relation to land.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Accuracy and attention to detail Be able to manage time well, prioritise work and drive deliverables from others.
