Watercare Services Limited is a leading utility in the water and wastewater industry. We are principally responsible for supplying the Auckland region with high quality water, as well as the efficient and environmentally friendly collection and treatment of wastewater.

We currently have a vacancy for a Customer Champion to join us, based at our modern Head Office in Newmarket. If you have outstanding communication skills and a real desire for helping customers, then we want you!

As a Customer Champion you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers. You will provide specialist support and advice on all aspects of water and wastewater billing.

You will also have the opportunity to utilize your strong Call Centre and customer services experience which may enable you to work in other areas of the Retail group (Payments / Collection, New Connections and Faults), depending on work requirements.

He kōrero mōu : About you

  • Proven experience working within a high-volume, multi-channel contact Centre environment
  • Previous experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable and billing
  • Strong Call Centre and Customer Service experience
  • Strong written and oral communication skills with an excellent telephone manner
  • The ability to multi-task and meet customer expectations with speed and accuracy
  • A logical approach to problem analysis and resolution
  • Experience using a CRM or Billing System desirable
  • Relevant NZQA call Centre qualification or equivalent desirable

    Hours of work : Rostered between the hours of 7.30am and 6.00pm Monday to Friday.
