About the role

As a Programme Coordinator, you will collaborate across WorkSafe on a priority work programme. Responsibilities will include to coordinate, organise, plan, and report on activity, as well as preparing information and presentations for our engagement with internal and external stakeholders (sector leaders and representatives).

Based in the System Strategies team, the Programme Coordinator will be a key partner in an action-oriented multi-disciplinary group.

To be successful in this role, you will have :

  • Excellent relationship management and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with project management tools and their use
  • Confidence in Microsoft Office, particularly with collaboration and presentation tools
  • A flexible approach and ability to join the dots', manage priorities, and be highly organised
  • A tertiary qualification
  • Knowledge or experience in the health sciences, work health and safety, business analysis and insights would be desirable but not essential.
