Pact is currently looking for 3 X casual Community Support Workers to work in our intellectual disability residential service in Invercargill.

The Role

Your role will include supporting our clients to participate in meaningful activities in the community, and assist our clients in gaining and maintaining social, health, education, whanau and cultural reconnection.

Previous professional experience in the intellectual disability field will be an advantage.

Casual position X3

As we operate 24 / 7, hours of work will include day, evening, weekend, awake night and sleepover shifts.

Desired Skills and Experience

If you are an enthusiastic, energetic person, who has experience in working with those with an intellectual disability then this role is for you (qualification preferred but not required).

You must inspire, encourage, be a role model, plus have excellent interpersonal skills and a can do’ attitude.
