About this opportunity

We’re looking for a Contract Executives Lead to support and maintain a sustainable health proposition for our members by leading the team who manage the creation and maintenance of provider contracts and associated documentation.

Key aspects of the role :

  • Assist in building a high performing team with highly engaged and capable individuals who feel safe to air their views and can self-organise, collaboratively solve problems, and work both autonomously and cross-functionally
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to make sound customer-informed decisions.
  • Ensure your team assist in the management of provider contracts in line with legal and business requirements including the preparation of contract documentation and system updates.
  • Support the team to ensure audit requirements are met
  • Provide support to your team members and guidance on contract documentation.
  • Ensure the data integrity across all Southern Cross systems
  • About you :

  • Tertiary Qualification or equivalent body of knowledge and experience (ideally in business administration).
  • Strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills
  • Complex process solution-based experience
