As part of this commitment, the team delivers training and development opportunities on a range of topics including IT / Software training, Management, and Communications to support organisational needs.

The Role

You will be joining a collaborative group of Training Professionals with responsibility for the development and delivery of IT specific training programmes covering a wide range of software platforms and applications.

In this role, you will become a trusted consultant, scoping projects and providing advice on expected training requirements, assisting with the planning, creation and eventual delivery of a training programme.

Training in a wide range of settings, you will be comfortable in front of a classroom, working with small groups, or providing one on one development for staff. You will :

  • Design and deliver customised IT training to staff and students across the University’s campuses.
  • Design and write training course manuals to facilitate classroom learning and serve as reference guides.
  • Maintain flexible training delivery options, such as blended and e-learning.
  • Your Skills and Experience

  • Experience in adult education, training or teaching.
  • Knowledge and experience of operating systems and applications on PC and Mac computers.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification or prior experience designing and delivering software / IT training courses.
