  • An exciting opportunity exists for an outstanding accounts professional with exceptional communication skills to join this forward thinking and rapidly growing organisation based in Christchurch.

    Our client is seeking a numbers-focused, team player to join their small finance division on a permanent basis.

    Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Coding and processing supplier invoices
  • Entering sales invoices and preparing statements
  • Preparing payments for authorisation
  • Project related billing
  • Manage debtors and creditors
  • End of month bank and creditor reconciliation
  • General accounts administration support
  • Skills & Experience :

  • Strong affinity with numbers
  • A high-level user of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Outstanding written & verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proactive and engaging personality with a team player attitude
