Our client is seeking a numbers-focused, team player to join their small finance division on a permanent basis.
Duties & Responsibilities :
Coding and processing supplier invoices
Entering sales invoices and preparing statements
Preparing payments for authorisation
Project related billing
Manage debtors and creditors
End of month bank and creditor reconciliation
General accounts administration support
Skills & Experience :
Strong affinity with numbers
A high-level user of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Outstanding written & verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Proactive and engaging personality with a team player attitude
