About the Role :

We have an opening for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to partner closely with internal customers to deliver quality talent attraction activity, operating on a global scale.

The Talent Acquisition Business Partner will focus on the recruitment of important technical and non-technical teams across the organisation.

The work you do and roles you recruit will have a global reach, so you will be driving recruitment programs in New Zealand, Australia, Philippines, EMEA and the USA.

A key part of the value we add as a team is in partnering with the business forming strong relationships with hiring managers, getting to know who they are, what they do and helping to support their talent management and workforce planning, so you can be well positioned to coach, advise and develop skills through a recruitment process and deliver the right outcomes for the organisation.

  • As part of a wider People team, you’ll have the opportunity to lead and contribute to initiatives that involve Employer Branding and Culture;

    About You :

    You’ll love recruitment and have knowledge, skills, curiosity and experience ... this means you’ve been though all different types of recruitment situations and cycles, know what a superb recruitment process and experience should be, and will be ready to hit the ground running autonomously, in a fast-

    paced environment. And you are always looking at different ways of doing things.

    You’ll love talent search, the power of enabling your hiring managers to act as 'talent beacons', the value of a strong Employment Brand, the creative potential involved in finding innovative ways to attract and pipeline talent, love partnering and understanding the business and get excited to see careers take flight from the people you help hire here.
