12-month Fixed Term and / or Secondment opportunity

Our Policy & Strategy group have a wonderful team of personal assistants / administrative staff who deserve a leader who values their unique skills and experience ranges.

As our Team Leader you manage a team of 7 personal assistants and administrative staff. Your role is to ensure that managers and their teams in the Policy Advice and Strategy group have effective and efficient administrative support.

We are seeking an individual who is courageous, will take action, and who cultivates an environment where people enjoy their work and gain satisfaction from what they do.

To be successful you will ideally demonstrate previous experience across :

  • Establishing good working relationships
  • Managing resources and prioritising workload
  • Coaching and motivating staff
  • Improving administrative processes
  • If you are good with administrative processes, enjoy supporting a team to perform at their best and naturally establish trusting relationships we'd love to talk to you.
