This is a great opportunity for a talented and experienced manager to take the reigns in this varied role with overall responsibility for the finance and administration function for this well established and market leading creative firm based in Central Newmarket.

Reporting directly to the CEO, the role has true diversity. Overseeing all financial operations with two direct reports (one part-

time) - you will be doing everything from financial and management reporting to assisting with operational / commercial business decisions.

It is a hands-on role in an environment where everyone pitches in - if you need to pick the phone up you do. If you need to help out at a morning tea you do.

The office environment is creative, modern and extremely nice (in my humble opinion!). The nature of this company means you will be dealing with a number of creative people every day so the ability to communicate effectively and relate to a wide range of people (including the board) is critical.

We are looking for someone who has the maturity to effectively manage all aspects of this role without needing hand-holding.

It doesn't necessarily need a Qualified Accountant but it would need someone who has operated in a financial management role -

ideally in a small / medium sized business.
