We're looking for an Infrastructure Team Leader to join our Tauranga office, an opportunity to grow and develop professionally whilst enjoying all the lifestyle benefits the Bay has to offer!
You'll have 10 or more years' experience in infrastructure projects, with experience in leading a small team. You will be chartered (CPEng) or working towards, have sound commercial acumen and be passionate about going above and beyond clients' expectations to deliver inspired and creative solutions.
What you'll be doing
This is a challenging and exciting opportunity for a motivated, experienced, and passionate engineer to take the next step in their career.
You'll be helping to build on the existing strong relationships with local and national clients, working on interesting and diverse projects from conception to finish, with a focus on three waters and urban infrastructure.
The primary focus will be servicing work across the Bay of Plenty and providing support to our wider national team of engineers.
You'll be involved in helping guide and mentor graduate engineers, supporting and delivering multi-disciplinary projects and shaping the growth of the civil and infrastructure teams.
Current projects include civil and infrastructure design of schools, colleges and universities, infrastructure design of major CBD upgrade works, and design of civil and infrastructure
