Key tasks


Pullman Auckland is currently seeking a dynamic and service extraordinaire Reservations Agent to join the team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals to grow their career in a high performing revenue and sales environment.

Reporting to Reservations Manager, your duties will include :

Processing and inputting of all hotel reservations into the Opera Software.

Loading of availability in the PMS and across various distribution Channels.

Managing and reviewing of all guest history - merging guest profiles for FITs & Groups.

Reconfirmation of all guest arrivals prior to arrival at the hotel.

Review and processing of hotel no show arrivals.
