In this full time position you will be involved with administration and document management and light project co-ordination to aid the interior design and external consultants of our new villages from the outset, through concept and detailed design, construction and finally handover.
You will also be involved project co-ordination of the re-design of interiors for our existing villages, working creatively to raise already high standards.
Work with a team of concept, interior, visual and construction designers on your project to ensure all teams are meeting set time frames Communicate and initiate projects with the exterior consultants and ensure they are kept informed of expectations and timeframes Ensure all external documentation is received on time and documented and stored within our document management system and ensure information is communicated to the appropriate teams Aid in management of colour schedules and specifications across all projects Aid in document management for the interior design team Take meeting notes, and actions and ensure these are circulated to appropriate teams and ensure they are kept up to date.

Who are you? The ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects at the same time is second-nature to you You have experience with Interior Design You have proven experience in an administration or project co-
ordination role You possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written Experience with Microsoft Office suite is required.
Experience with design software Revit would be a bonus You pay attention to detail and ensure everything is up to a high standard.
You hold a current work Visa or Residency You have a friendly 'can-do' attitude, with a strong work ethic and desire to succeed.
