About the role

We are looking for Technical Support Specialist to join our team in our Wellington office. As a critical member of our team, you will provide inbound customer service to assist our clients in resolving their inquiries.

These enquires will be of a technical nature so high attention to detail is imperative.

Key responsibilities :

  • Receiving a high volume of inbound calls
  • Work with clients to understand their needs
  • Apply problem-solving to assist customers in resolving their inquiries
  • High volume data entry with attention to detail

  • Roster and Hours : Rotating Roster between 9 : 00AM-9 : 00PM with occasional Weekend and Public holiday work

  • What are we looking for?

  • Demonstrable customer service experience
  • Flexibility with rostering and availability
  • Previous experience in an operational, service, or helpdesk support environment
  • Sound geographical knowledge of towns & regional areas within Australia
  • Excellent computer & communication skills
  • Active listening skills
  • Experience working with KPI's or targets
  • Resilience and openness to feedback
  • Financial service experience would be advantageous
