The position of Team Leader - Contact Centre is a critical part of the Customer Services department. This role will manage the day to day customer service experience provided by our Contact Centre Team to ensure that our community and visitors to our district receive an exceptional service.

Our customer service team provides a huge range of information and services. Ensuring that the team have access to up to date information through collaboration across the wider organisation is a must.

Our ideal candidate will need to demonstrate the following :

  • Outstanding Customer Service experience :
  • formal customer service training / experience preferred.
  • exceptional problem-solving skills and relationship management
  • Local government experience
  • Experience in leadership and building a team culture
  • Health and Safety experience including contribution to H&S policy and procedures.
