About the Role : The Role

The Role

As a Chapter member, you are responsible for undertaking activities aligned to the mission of a squad. You will bring your EA skills to oversee principles, guidelines or frameworks used to direct the process of acquiring, building, modifying and interfacing IT assets and services throughout the enterprise.

You will be responsible in providing frameworks and guidance to the organisation to assist with the management of complex IS environments.

The role strives to provide guidelines, standards and thought leadership to the entire organisation to ensure increase business value and outcomes all while in an agile delivery environment.

About You : About you

Key skills include :

Appropriate tertiary qualification and experience in IS Governance and Enterprise Architecture

Minimum of 10+ years of technology management experience

A very good understanding of agile and its application within a retail organization

Belief in non-hierarchical culture of interaction, transparency and trust in squads

Architecture certification or framework knowledge

IT consulting experience

A very good understanding of IT strategy planning and implementation

Project management experience

Understanding of Agile frameworks (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, Lean, HCD)

We will rely on your excellent communication and relationship management skills, as this role will see you work cross functionally with a range of internal stakeholders at all levels.

Your drive to contribute whilst taking ownership means you work effectively, both independently and collaboratively to deliver your best work and commercial results for the business.

Your innate curiosity drives your need for continuous improvement coupled with your resilience to adapt quickly to our fast-paced retail environment.
