Position reference : 5678213We are on the hunt for a People & Capability Advisor to join our dedicated and friendly People and Capability team.

This is a busy role where you will be part of a small but skilled and dynamic team dealing with a wide range of people functions - we promise that no two days will be the same.

About you - who we're looking forWe are looking for a people person who is actioned orientated, has an eye for detail, a proven ability to juggle a number of tasks at any one time and a drive to ensure we deliver exceptional service to our managers and a great experience to our people.

You will need to be a generalist of all things people related, and ideally have at least 1-2 years People and Capability (HR) advisory experience.

You will use your excellent relationship building ability to support, develop and partner with managers in order for them to deliver the required outcomes for our organisation and community.
