We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Assistant with a focus on events to join our Visitor Engagement team.
To be successful in this role you will need to be a well-organised, energetic person with exceptional customer service skills.
Your role will require you to help organise and deliver a wide range of events, take bookings, assist with museum tours and work in our gift shop.
