    He pūkenga tou / Skills and ExperienceTo be successful in this role you will need :

  • Previous experience (ideally two years or more) in a data analyst role
  • Passion and curiosity - with a strong desire to explore new opportunities for using data insights
  • A positive can-do attitude and willingness to learn
  • Flexibility to respond to ambiguity, multiple deadlines and changing priorities
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and manage relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • A delivery focus, with persistence to work towards long term goals
  • Good communication skills and the ability to translate your findings into a compelling narrative
  • A commitment to building your knowledge of te ao Māori
  • A tertiary degree in a relevant field
  • Experience using analytical software (such as SAS or Excel)In exchange we will provide you with :
