Role Overview and Objectives
The Operations Co-ordinator is responsible for working on a wide range of activities across the Platforms and Data group to organise and progress the delivery of Professional Services work, support employee engagement and retention, and ensure internal operations run efficiently.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Reporting and Administration
Planning, scheduling and coordination of staff
Assisting with the production and management of project documentation
Creation and updating of meeting minutes, logs and other project artefacts
Monthly performance analysis and reporting and analysis
Assisting with end of month financial administration
Supporting Service Line leaders to execute internal processes and procedures (ie onboarding, procurement, staff engagement activities), including identifying and implementing potential improvements to existing processes.
Actively engaging with Business Partners to support the delivery of services and new initiatives.
Building strong relationships across clients, delivery teams and internal business partners
The role requires a passion for correctness of data and details, a sense of accomplishment for completing tasks, and ability to validate both numeric and qualitative data in a logical manner.
Knowledge, Skills, Work Experience & Qualifications
Technology (including CRM, MyService / CASD)
Best practice knowledge of the key elements of the IT Project Management
Reporting tools such as Xtraction
Coordination of project teams and small projects
Excellent customer relationship building and management skills
Proven analytical and problem solving skills
High level of interpersonal skills including written, verbal and presentation skills
Use of Open Air ERP
2 years’ work experience in project coordination role or role with similar skills within an IT Systems integrator or similar background
Extensive experience dealing at various customer levels (end users, management)
Industry certifications; Prince 2 Practioner or PMP Experience and certification in other areas will be looked upon favourably i.e. Tertiary education
